We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@dreamroomstickers.co.uk.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or applied.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us with photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the product has been used
- Incorrect application or misuse
